We are now bringing weekly Yomassage sessions to Total You Wellness Center!

Indulge in a transformative experience that nourishes your mind, body, and soul. Each Yomassage session begins with a five minute breathing ritual, or a unique themed meditation that helps ground you in the present moment. You’ll let your concerns float away as you’re guided through a series of six restorative stretches while a Yomassage therapist provides therapeutic massage and guided meditation. Throughout the session, you’ll allow your body to move into the deepest state of relaxation you have ever experienced and ignite the mind-body connection through therapeutic touch, restorative stretch, and mindfulness meditation.

All Signature Yomassage sessions are led by a licensed massage therapist certified in Yomassage.

Details about your Yomassage Practice

Sessions are {75} minutes long, and are kept small with a limit of {5} people per session. With this small group environment it allows for each session to be custom created for the clients attending as well as allowing for plenty of hands on massage time.

Where is the session held?

Inside the HLN Center at 145 Govenors Square Peachtree City, GA 30269

other locations will be listed on the home page or the scheduling system.

Are there any requirements needed to sign up?

Yomassage is for everyone. All you need is the ability to get up and down off of the mat. You don’t need to be “flexible” or have yoga experience. You don’t need to have a regular meditation practice or get frequent massages. We want everyone to feel 100% welcome and comfortable when they are experiencing a Yomassage session.

What do I need to bring to the event?

You don’t need to bring ANY props! We will provide everything and have everything set up for you when you arrive. {all props are sanitized before and after class, pillow protectors are available to cover the bolsters you will lay on and hand sanitizer is used before applying touch to each participant.}

What should I wear to the session?

Wear comfortable clothing. Yoga pants, comfy sweatpants, and a t-shirt or tank are always a good choice. During colder seasons, it's recommended that you wear layers and bring socks. The room will be heated and blankets provided, however having options in case you get chilly is best.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

There are no refunds or cancellations within 7 days of the session. The class size is very small, so space, props and time will be held for every ticket sold.

Is Yomassage yoga?

No. It is inspired by restorative yoga, but it is not yoga. Yomassage is the union of restorative supported stretching, hands on massage, and mindfulness through breath.

What do I need to prepare for a Yomassage session?

A Yomassage Client Intake Form and Liability Waiver is required to be completed 24 hours before the session begins. This allows the Yomassage therapist to be fully prepared for your session, and can customize it to your specific need. We will send you these forms after you book your session.

Are private Yomassage sessions available?

Yes! We can customize and book a private Yomassage session for your group of {5} or less. The cost of a private 90 minute Yomassage group session is {$250}.
